★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名門、目黒ジムでランカーとして活躍されていた会長が親切丁寧に教えてくださいます。クラスは曜日ごとにテーマが分かれており、フィットネス目的の方から対人テクニックを磨き試合を目指す方まで満足できる内容だと思います。会員さんは学生さんからOL、オヤジ世代までいろいろな年代の方がいらっしゃいます。みな和やかな雰囲気でキックボクシングを楽しんでらっしゃいます。何よりも会長が気さくで優しい方なので会員さんも良い人ばかりです。痛そう、怖そう、しんどそうなどといったネガティブなことは一切なく自分の目的やペースで楽しめるジムです。まずは気軽に体験されることをお勧めします。キックボクシングのパーソナルトレーニングもあり、自分の弱点補強などみっちりと指導を受けることも可能でお値段以上の価値があると思います。
