最初は凄く緊張しましたがアットホームな雰囲気だったので凄く楽しめましたし1人で参加しましたが友達もできそうです。
トレーナーの方も爽やかでキックボクシングのイメージが変わりました。
これからキックボクシングを趣味に楽しみます。
