★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応の態度がめちゃくちゃ悪かった。
現在の予約をキャンセルして空いている日程で再予約できないか聞こうとしたが、「キャンセルですね。はい、名前確認しました、失礼します。」とすぐに切られてしまった。
用件ちゃんと伝えたはずだけど…ホテル内のレストランなのにすごい酷い教育してるんだなあと思いました。アルバイトの人だったのかな？
これまでも何回も使ってたが、かなり酷くて不快だったので、もう二度と行かないと決めました。
ただ、スイーツや内装は素晴らしいので、そこは保証します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名古屋の「ストリングスホテル 八事 NAGOYA」のスからテラスで20201年8月31日まで開催中のデザートビュッフェ「プリンセスマーメイド～MUSICALS UNDER THE SEA～」。
アンデルセン童話「人魚姫」の世界をパステルカラーを使いスイーツで表現したそう。かわいい！！
会場内は海の底の音楽会さながらの世界が広がっていて、かわいい写真が撮れるフォトスポットも充実しています。
どれもおいしかったですが、特に気に入ったのは、プリンセスマーメイドのドレスショートケーキ。
これ、1名～3名につき1台提供なのですが、1人で行っても1台まるまるサーブってすごくないですか…
平日1・2部制、土日祝1・2・3部制で、料金は大人1人4200円〜4500円（税サ込）です。

The food/desserts are pretty good and the table setting/interior design/decoration were all beautiful. Picture perfect place and very nice. Staff were also polite and well-trained. Oh, and the coffee was great! These points receive 5 stars.
(Now I’m gonna write why I’m giving 3 stars.)
However, the customers were HORRIBLE. ALMOST ALL OF THEM WERE TALKING WITHOUT MASKS and it was “corona fest” “corona paradise” = scary. とにかく、客は97%, マスク無しで会話、ガラ悪くて、下品で、周りの人なんか、全然気にしないところなんか、ホント、ビックリしました。あれで、誰か一人、無症状でオミクロン持っていたら、クラスターですよ。間違いなく。ありえません。(あと、紅茶のでがらしには、がっかりしました。)
