レストランまでの道は案内してもらえます
レストラン内でもキッチンスタッフの明るくはっきりとした挨拶がいいです
こういうしっかりしたホテルは挨拶の声量が控え目で、マスクしていると聞き取りにくかったりしますが、お客さんのほうを見ながら声をかけてくれるので、気持ちいいです
席は窓側でした
中の席もあり、窓席は二人までのようです
場所は線路に挟まれていますが、電車の音も振動も全くなし
料理や和もありますが、洋式メイン
天ぷらだけは揚げたて重視なのか、全部売りきってから揚げていました
ひつまぶしやどて煮と名古屋料理もあります
どれも一口サイズに切り分けられていて食べやすく、料理を全種類食べることも余裕でできます
店頭に並んでいなくて、スタッフが各席を回って配る料理もあります
この日は、愛知産味噌の語弊もちと味噌カツバーガー、デザート中には凍らせたキャラメルポップコーンも来ました
デザートも複数あり、全種類取ってもお腹に入ります
クレームブリュレが一番美味しかったです
アイスだけはオーダーメイド式です
空の皿は次の料理を取りに行っている間に回収してくれるサービスの良さは、庶民の自分には恐縮しちゃいますね
誕生日予約をしたので、最後にクリスマスケーキも貰いました
こちらのホテルはツカダグローバルHDの株主優待券が使えます
ランチバイキング4000円も株主優待券で2800円になり、そこらのランチバイキングに匹敵するお値打ちになります

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021-10-27 座席の間隔は広く、サービスもこまめで、一皿ごとに分けられた料理は盛り付けがキレイで、味付けも一捻りしてあってホテルビュッフェ的な満足感が味わえました。
パイで包んだスープが不意打ちに和風で美味しかったり、前菜の野菜の種類が豊富だったり、魚料理お肉料理も味付けがバリエーションに富んでいたり、キッチンでは名前の通りいろんな料理が作られていたりと。コンセプトも味もサービスもお値段以上の水準に達していると思いました。
途中サーブされるタコ飯、冷やしポップコーン、うどんも、一捻りしてあって良かったです、また利用したいですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. We were expecting an actual live kitchen where the chef will cook the food in front of you but instead, we were sat down in a room and the food wasn’t really that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the dessert buffet. The quality of food was nice, but the selection was quite limited. Half way through our meal we ran out of things to eat, because the staff didn't replace any of the empty dishes. For this expensive price I don't think it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the ¥6,500 2-hour dinner buffet, which comes with a glass of champagne and a 9 cm cake for celebration. The waitress situated us at a window seat with a view of the cathedral and away from the crowd. The waitress also took and printed two photographs for us to take home, which was lovely. All of the waitresses were fantastic, but the staff serving the food were not very polite. The overall atmosphere was nice, but the quantity and quality of the food was only average. For the price, it was a bit disappointing.
Side note: If you spend over ¥10,000, you can get 3 hours of free parking at the hotel.

If you don't have a reservation it's necessary to wait at the reception on first floor and tell to staff you would like to go the restaurant. A little expensive whether you are not a guest, about 3300 each person. You can order a fresh omelette. The are croissant, plain breads and waffle.
