★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅ローンの相談に訪問しました。相談に要した時間は20分。短時間なのは、建築家を介した新居建築にはネット銀行の住宅ローンは相応しくなかったため。
無理に相談を長引かせることなく、かといって、ローン借り換えの勧誘は忘れることもない、まさにプロの対応でありました。担当者により力量に差があることは容易に想像はできますが、私自身は必要とあらばまた利用させてもらうはずです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月26日夕方ごろ、住宅ローンの為相談したく利用。事前予約したときの同社コールセンターの女性スタッフはきさくで明るく気持ちよく対応してくださった。
当日は、４０代５０代の女性スタッフが対応。１７時の予約でも、遅れて入室してきた。そのスタッフが不機嫌で終始不遜な態度。同ネット銀行で後日ウェブで審査を通った収入状況でも、口頭確認にて「それくらいの年収では借入は無理ですね」とあっけなく言われた。こちらの年齢や佇まいを見ているのかあまりに失礼だったので、途中で退席し、名刺もその場で置いて行った。退席する際もなんの引き留め（引き留めされたかったわけではないが）もなく、「あ。そうですか。ありがとうございましたー」と言われた。就業中に何があったのかは知らないが、ふりでもいいので、こちらに歩み寄る姿勢を見せるのがプロではないのでしょうか。
ネットで住宅ローンを完結できる時代に、対人でこれではあまりにお粗末。
