わ	わさびマヨ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCが起動しなくなる現象で相談に行った。とても、親身になって相談に乗ってくださるという点はほかのレビュー投稿者さんと自分も同意見だった。起動しなくなる現象を確認するためにPCカバーを外し内部を見たりHDDは生きてるか診断等々してくださったが根本的な原因の特定に至らず結局のところ「マザーボードが死んでます。メーカーに出さないとわからないです」とのこと。パソコンに関して根本的な解決に至らず、30分ほど相談してカバーを外して内部を見るで終わった。それなのに、「パソコンお困りサポート」として1000円の代金を支払った。上記に関しては事前説明なく、分解したパソコンを戻した後に「パソコンに関して相談を受けたので1000円頂戴します」との事せめて、「料金が発生するがよろしいですか？」と事前の説明が欲しかった。分解して相談するくらいなら、別の大手修理業者に行った方が無料でしてくれるし初めからそっちに行けばよかったと後悔。お客に対して事前の料金説明をして同意を受けてから、行動に移して欲しかったです。 I consulted about the phenomenon that the PC does not start. I regret that it would have been better to go to another major repair company for free, rather than disassembling and consulting.
