★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドクターは優しくて丁寧なのですが、一部の看護師の方々が対応悪く、初診の受付からとても冷たいです。3名ほどおられるようでしたがドクターが処置で呼んでいても談笑していて無視されていたり、退院後の包帯処置について(多分点滴されたのではないかと思いましたが説明無し)、食事について、その他注意点など一切説明がなく困惑しました。
せっかく良い先生がいても一部の看護師の方々のせいで行くのを躊躇うくらいの酷さなのでとても勿体無いと思いました。
他の方のレビューにありました説明不足というのはドクターと看護師の連携が取れていないせいで飼い主の方に説明が伝わっていなかったことによるトラブルではないでしょうか…本当に看護師の方々はどうにかすべきだと思います。
受診後の注意点や次回の受診の有無などの説明を書いた用紙を毎回渡していただくか、説明をしていただければ良いのではないかとも思いました。

The lack of explanation in the review of other people may be a trouble because the explanation has not been communicated to the owner because the doctor and the nurse have not cooperated ... What about the nurses? I think it should be.
I thought that it would be good if you handed me a paper with explanations such as precautions after the visit and whether or not to have a next visit, or if you could explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけの病院で床ずれを見てもらっていたのですが治らず(悪化したので）、こちらの病院を受診しました。
床ずれについての説明、家での処置の仕方、環境へのアドバイスなど時間をかけて説明して頂き助かりました。
皮膚からの膿、壊死しているところから白い腱が見えている状態でしたが1カ月ちょっとで嘘のように綺麗になりました。これには感謝してもしきれません。
犬が若くて元気なうちは､ワクチン接種やケガなどは､どこの病院でも大差はないのかと思いますが、老犬になると色々ないことが起きてきます。その都度、迷うことが多くなるのですが、先生から｢ご家族にとって後悔のない選択を一緒に探して行きましょう｣と言ってくださって…飼い主側の心の配慮もしてくださると感じました。
