★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えも知識も抜群。良い日本酒を料理に使うと抜群に味が良くなるので、米は一番良いが、少し傷というか純米とは書けない条件があるが同じつくりかたをしている酒を購入。燗を付けて飲んでも旨い酒を料理に使って最高の味を楽しんでます。鳥取に車で来て、ここで土産として日本酒を買うべきと感じた。
