H	Hiroki Ueno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都内サウナ施設の最古参「サウナセンター」度直球な名前のとおり、サ室をメインにした入浴設備+カプセルホテルで、店内で休憩や食事もできる。個人的には笹塚の「マルシンスパ」に近いイメージ。雑居ビルの狭い各フロアをうまく利活用している。サウナ室:★★★★★ 90度程度、三段で15人程度収容可能。テレビ音声微弱、湿度は少し高めで、優しい湿度。天井も低めで熱さを最大限感じられる仕様。うさぎ、カメレオン、フクロウの置物がある。三段目の真ん中のスペースに若干奥行きがあり、足を伸ばしながら座ることができる。水風呂:★★★★★ 15〜16度程度。で良い塩梅。椅子と距離が近いので掛水のときは休憩している人にかからないように注意が必要。外気浴:★★★★☆ 全体で10箇所ほど。水風呂隣に5箇所、ペンギンルームなる微冷却スペースに3箇所、脱衣所を跨いだベランダスペースに2箇所。ペンギンルームは冷凍サウナのような原理だが、冷気は弱いのでゆっくり休憩できて良い。施設が狭いため「外気」浴をできるスペースはあまりないものの、このような工夫が好感。 The oldest "sauna center" in Tokyo's sauna facilities As the name suggests, it is a bathing facility with a main room and a capsule hotel, where you can take a break or have a meal. Y	Yoshito Inoue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サウナで利用。 3時間と8時間の2つのコースが有り、自分は8時間を利用しました。サウナは１つで13人位まで1度に入れます。 93℃位の温度でアウフグースも行っております。土日祝ですど12時から1時間おきに、平日ですと夕方からアウフグースを行っております。お食事処や休憩室もあり、アメニティグッズも揃えてあります。お食事処は、お酒も沢山種類も揃えていますし、安い。フードもボリュームが有り、ガッツリ食べれるのが良いです。休憩室は、個々のソファーにテレビがついており、漫画も沢山あるので、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせます。自分は1時間くらい爆睡してしまいました！ 1日を通してゆっくりできるので、最高です。 Used in the sauna.
