S	S F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒い衣のビジュアルが気になって来店。原宿、広尾、都立大などにお店のある鹿児島料理居酒屋さつまやさんが手掛けるとんかつ専門店。説明書きによると豚は「六白黒豚」という鹿児島純粋黒豚の中でも流通量１％にも満たない幻とも言われる最高クラスのブランド豚。黒い衣は竹炭を練り込んだ黒いパン粉だそう。メニューはロースとヒレの２種のみ上と標準の違いは肉質ではなく量が200or150グラムの違いとのことでした。いただいたのは「黒とんヒレ」。黒い衣は味的には普通のパン粉とそれほど変わらない印象ですが、通常よりもかなり細かく衣も薄くて食感がパリっとしています。肉の印象がダイレクトに伝わるような気がしました。ブランド豚のよさまで巧く説明できませんが、美味しくいただきました。もう少し火入れ弱めの方が個人的には好みかもと思いました。ヒレが思った以上にさっぱりしていたので、脂たっぷりのロースも食べてみたい。店内はちょっとよさげな和食店のような広いカウンターとテーブル席もいくつかあり、天井が高く広々して清潔感もあり女性も入りやすそう。 I came to the store because I was interested in the visuals of the black clothes. L	Lily Blanket on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来た豚カツ屋さん。インパクトのある外観につられて入ってみました。店内はきれいで、壁には芸能人と思われるサインがいくつか書いてありました。業界関係者のお友達のお店なのかな？女性の1人でも入りやすいと思います(実際にいました) 豚カツは衣が本当に真っ黒。衣に竹炭が練り込んであるそうです。ヒレカツを頂きましたが、さっぱりした歯切れの良いお肉でした。竹炭のせいなのか、豚肉の油の香りがあまりせず、そこが好みの分かれるところかもしれません。私は美味しく頂きましたがロースを食べた友人は、豚肉の香りがせず再訪は無しと言っていました。ザクッとした衣と油の香りが豚カツの醍醐味だとするとたしかに少し物足りないのかもしれません。外観やインテリアに比べて食器がちょっと安っぽく感じたのと、お味噌汁がインスタントっぽい味なのが少し残念ポイントでした。 A new pork cutlet shop.
