★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台からこちらの薬局の隣にある病院に通院しているためお世話になっていましたが、いつも待ち時間が長い上に(周りに調剤薬局が少ないからかもしれませんが…)渡された薬の個数を大幅に間違えられました。
一度に処方される量がとても多いので気づかず帰宅してしまい、その後電話がきて「渡した薬を持って出来れば今日中に来て欲しい」と。
自宅は2つ先の市なので今日中は…と伝えたところ自宅まで取りに来ました。
今さらですが自宅から徒歩圏内に調剤薬局は沢山あるので、帰宅後に家の近くで処方してもらう方が待ち時間も少なく万が一のことを考えると安心なので、それ以来こちらの薬局は利用していません。
こういった低い口コミは普段しないのですが、薬の間違いは怖いので投稿しておきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マ薬引渡しカウンターが、4台あるのに、稼働率が、悪い。さほど忙しさくない9時た45分でも待たされる。当然のように10時を過ぎれば、20分30分待ちは、あたりまえの状況。受付の三人は、何かおしゃべりをしていて不愉快です。始業時からカウンターの稼働率を高くしようという意識をもってほしい。また、人を待たせる事について、恥ずかしい事であると言う意識をもって作業を進めてもらいたい
