Recently, I do not see the female pharmacist in the comment. Although there are three hospitals, it is often crowded because there is one pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 責任者らしき人が変わって対応が悪くなりました。
会計で疑問に思うことがあって質問したのに適当な説明しかなくイライラさせられるし、他のスタッフにキレ気味に大声を出したりして、見てるこちらが不快になります。
前の責任者の方の時はこちらの質問にはきちんと説明をしてくれて、対応も感じがよかったのに。
近くに他の薬局がないから適当な対応でも患者は来るだろうと高を括ってるんでしょうかね。
その他のスタッフは丁寧に対応してくれます。
The person who seems to be responsible has changed and the response has deteriorated.
I had some doubts about accounting, so even though I asked, I was frustrated with only a proper explanation, and I cried out to other staff, which made me uncomfortable.
When I was the person in charge before, I was able to explain this question properly, and I was happy with the response.
Since there are no other pharmacies nearby, I wonder if the patient will come even with an appropriate treatment.
Other staff will respond politely.
