★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森市内には四つしかなくなった、煎餅専門のお店の一つ。外観からは創立百年を数える老舗とはなかなか気付き難いですが、こちらの三代目が、真面目に商売をしている感じがします。
津軽飴(水飴)を専用のゴマ煎餅に挟む、郷土料理(御菓子？)は絶品。家庭用にも、青森のお土産にも最適かと思います。
生姜糖もお勧めです。そのままでも食せるし、1/3ほどを湯のみに溶かして生姜湯にもなります。
壁にずらりと並んだ煎餅はなかなかの見ごたえがあり、個人的青森百景の一つです。

In Aomori city there are only four, one of the shops specializing in rice crackers. From the appearance it is hard to notice that it is hard to notice that it is a long-established store that counts one hundred years of founding, but I feel that the third generation here is doing business seriously.
Tsugaru candy (syrup) is sandwiched between sesame rice crackers, local cuisine (sweets?) Is exquisite. I think that it is the best for home use and also for Aomori's souvenir.
Ginger sugar is also recommended. You can eat it as it is, and you can melt about 1/3 in a cup and become ginkgo.
Senbei crumbs lined up on the wall are quite impressive, and it is one of 100 Aomori scenes.
