り	りなりな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から言うと機種変や契約を変える、ならやっぱりその店でプランなど詳しい方と契約をしたほうがいいです。 Ymobileで機種変更したんですが、基本プランの説明、契約の手続き等で手一杯のようでした。シンプルＭのみ契約をしたのですが、、 5分間は無料だと思っていてかけていたら9月の請求が17000円で151で確認したら通話料だけで12800円かかっていました。 Ymobileのプランを理解していたら、過去の通話状況などをみてこちらからかけないことはありえないし、せめて10分間無料のオプションをすすめるべきだと思いました。流れでオプションはつけないで大丈夫ですか？程度でシンプルＭには無料通話は一切ついてないことを説明されませんでした。むしろ5分は無料ですよね？っていう私の質問にそうですね。と言われたように思います。もちろん熟知している店員さんもいるので、一概に言えませんが、、契約をしてくれた店員さんの名前もわかるけど、わざとやったわけではないと思うので出しませんが、携帯代を安くしようとYmobileにしたのにがっかりしたし、ちょっと納得できないなと言う気持ちです。直接言いたいですが、こればっかりは言った言わない、あると思うし、お互い嫌な気持ちになるだけだと思うのでデンキチ川口差間店のモバイルブースの評価とさせてもらいます。 From the conclusion, if you want to change the model or contract, you should make a contract with someone who is familiar with the plan at that store.
