ご当地うどんってのが流行りみたいで、伊勢うどんみたいな古いレシピで無く地域ごとのうどん店が集まって新しいメニューを開発しているようだ。ちょっと前の豊橋カレーうどんがそのハシリだね。不毛な価格競争に走るよりよほど健全だ。地元食材を使って美味しいレシピを開発して欲しいね。
蒲郡特産のアサリを使ったガマゴリうどんが美味しそう。680円
