脱毛が痛くなくて嬉しい~いままでいくつものサロンやクリニックに泣かされてきたか…笑 横浜駅からはすこし離れてます。穴場的でいいかもですね。

医療脱毛からこのサロンに切り替えました。箇所によっては肌にだいぶダメージ受けてたんですが、ここの全身脱毛は施術前に美容ジェルを塗ってくれて、そのおかげか全身の肌の調子がよくなってきました。

横浜西口店に体験脱毛で訪問。最初に今日は契約する気がないとハッキリ言ったのがいけなかったのか、細かい説明はすっとばされ、さっさと施術室へ通され、冷やしもなく剃り残しチェックもなし。ホクロシールも貼られず、ローリングする器具でコロコローっと物凄い速さで転がし終了。本当に全部照射できてるの?ってくらい雑。転がすタイプは初めてだったが、熱さも痛みも全く無く効果あるのか?ジェルを雑に拭き取るだけで冷やしもせずスキンケアもなし。メルマガやネットで化粧品を全員にプレゼントって大々的に広告してるが、プレゼントはうちわですって差し出される始末…。滞在時間20分くらい?2度と行かないでしょ、そんなところ。 【後日追記】施術後、通常1ヶ月ほど経つと毛がハラハラと抜け落ちるのですが、一本も抜けませんでした。(詐欺かよ)

フリーダイヤルがないので、肌トラブルが出た場合でも自己負担で電話をかけなければならない。2週間毎に通えて美肌効果もあると言いつつ、契約すると1ヶ月毎の方が効果が目に見て分かりやすいなどと言い、予約を先延ばしにしようとしてきます。スタッフはいまいちな人が多いです。マスク越しでも声色や表情で仕事への姿勢が見て取れます。真摯に笑顔で仕事をなさるスタッフさんもおりますが、真顔で愛想もなく、冷たい話し方をする感じの悪いスタッフもいます。電話で予約について問い合わせをした際は、相槌で「うんうん」と毎回言うスタッフがおり、教育がなっていないと感じました。 10回以上通っていますが、効果も今ひとつです。 まだ回数が残っているので、今後改善されることを期待します。 口コミを見ていて気になったのですが、全体に返信しないなら何も思いませんが、良いクチコミにだけお礼の返信をされている点も評価できません。エステサロンとしての姿勢を疑います。また、良い口コミをしている人は他にどんな口コミをされているか確認しようとしてみたところ、大半が他の口コミは見れなかったり、口コミは見ることができても旅行での口コミとは思えない病院や店などへの不可解な位置関係の良い口コミばかりで、胡散臭さを感じてしまいます。そう感じたこともあり、口コミを投稿しました。随時更新する予定です。 ---------------------- 追記 保証回数が終わり、あとは保証期間に通えることになりました。 私は効果がいまいち出ていないです。効果の有無は個人差があるでしょうが、効果があまり出ない場合も回数をそのまま1ヶ月ごとや2〜3週間ごとはできないようで、2ヶ月ごとしかできないようです。 2ヶ月間隔を開けないと危ないから予約が取れないと言ってみたり、それでも保証回数の中で延期した部分的な部位の回数は2週間以上開けてもらえたらそこの予約は大丈夫と言ってみたり、説明に矛盾があります。 その人その人に合わせた施術はしてもらえないようです。また、明らかな当て漏れがあった場合も当て直しはなく、次回から気をつけますという対応です。施術の仕方もどんどん雑になってきたように感じます。ローラーを転がすのが早すぎて、当たっていない場所があるように感じます。スタッフによっては顔の揉み上げを整えてくれる人と、何も言わずに整えてくれない人もいます。スタッフの方は毎日の繰り返し作業でしょうが、通う客には1回1回が貴重だということを忘れないでもらいたいです。
