★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先代ご夫婦のお蕎麦も田舎蕎麦として美味しかった。当代は季節ごとに風味、出汁も上手に変化、洗練された喉ごしで飽きさせない。先代ご夫婦のやさしい接客もご健在、価格以上に満足感です。季節以外は天ぷらとオロシが食欲加速、暮坪セットばかり食べています。接客にふんわり、いつもごちそうさまです。

つゆが猪口だけじゃなくて徳利もついてくればなお良い。
Not only soba but also tempura is good.
It is even better if the soup comes not only with Inoguchi but also with sake bottles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月見そばを頂きました。月見をイツ混ぜるか悩むのですが、月見そばに割り下が付いてきたので混ぜて味が薄くなっても味を足せるのでとても良かった！ 味も勿論美味しいかったですよ
駐車場は広いですが砂利です。店内は四人テーブルが五席と小上がりに三卓有りました。食後に煎れたコーヒーをセルフで頂けるのが嬉しい

The parking lot is large but gravel. There were 5 tables for 4 people and 3 tables in the store. I'm glad that you can have your own coffee roasted after a meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は違う蕎麦屋さんに行く予定でしたが、時間が合わず、たまたま見つけたこちらに奥さんと伺いました。
地元の番組の色紙なんかもあり、結構有名なお店なのかな、なんて思いつつ、暮れ坪蕎麦を頂きました。
某有名な漫画にも出てくる蕎麦で、漫画に描いてある通り、ピリッと辛い感じが癖になる、とても美味しい薬味で、蕎麦と良く合う美味しい蕎麦でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長らく暮坪蕎麦って言うお蕎麦と思っておったところ薬味の大根の名前と知人から教えて貰いようやく大迫方面へ用足しがあったので足を伸ばして食べてきました。まずは大根をそのまま…辛い❗️けど何か旨い‼️だし汁も鰹と醤油のマッチング良く少し甘めなので辛い大根が合う‼️
お蕎麦もほどよく歯応えが良く久々に美味しいお蕎麦をいただきました。寒い日だったので天ぷら蕎麦もいただきました。大きな海老天が2匹立って入ってました( ´∀`)温かい方のだし汁もほどよく酸味があり飲み干してしまいそうでした。
次回は暮坪大根を買って帰りたいと思います。

The soba was also moderately crunchy and I had a delicious soba for the first time in a while. It was a cold day so I had tempura soba. There were two big shrimp heavens standing in it (´∀`) The warm soup stock was also moderately sour and I was about to drink it up.
Next time, I would like to buy Kuretsubo radish and go home.
