さっき口コミを書いて投稿しようとしたら、今から1ヶ月前の方のレビューを見て、受付の接客態度は直ってるみたいですね。ですが当時の思いはそのまま残して書き投稿します。 確かに他の方も引っ掛かってるらしですが、私の場合は看護師スタッフがイキナシ初めてなのにタメ口で来たのはビックリしましたw「なんなん?」と思いましたね。今時の病院のサービスとして? 8月にここへ来ました。受付が最悪の対応でした。 コロナの影響で病院の診察時間が日によって変わるのは分かっていたので、確認の為に電話を掛けただけなんですけど、初っ端電話対応がダルいのか、めんどくさそうに嫌々対応してる感じを出してきて、早く電話を切りたそうに最後に向こうから話を切り気味に電話を切るという様。 接客業ナメてんのか!と思いました。 受付は病院の顔ですよね。 それがあれでは話にならない。 患者さんや3割負担で税金からもお金が出てて、お金を貰ってる訳ですよね? それで何なんですか?あの態度は? 無料で働いてるのなら何も言いませんが、それであの無愛想な不貞腐れてる対応では、他の患者さんは質問をしにくいでしょうね。受付なのに。 ここの病院は全体的にスピードど重視でサバサバ切り捨てられる感じ「スタッフ全員ではありません」です。 なんで患者側が気を遣わないといけない感じにさせるんですかね? 上の方にこの件を言っても流される感じでした。 真摯にみてない感じでしたね。 かなり不愉快でした。 ここでの診断は分離症でしたが、受付の件とその後の対応で通いたくなかったので、紹介状を貰い病院を変えました。 紹介してもらった病院の結果は、仙腸関節障害でした。 紹介前の診断は誤診なのか分かりませんが、紹介後の病院で治療後に症状は良く成りました。 あのまま誓約書?同意書まで書く、硬膜外をやり続けてなくて良かったです。 逆に私を怒らせて下さる方向に持っていって下さってありがとうございました。 私も宮城県民なので、宮城県民は駄目なものは駄目と直接に言わないで我慢する県民性なのは分かります。 が!ちゃんと言った方が病院の為です。今まで我慢して言わなかったから、他の方も口コミレビューで書かれてる通り、あの接客態度がずっと続いてたんだと思います。 他の方も私と似た様な経験をされて、口コミで苦情・不満を伝えても、直接言わないと直らないと思います。 それで直らなかったら呆れますけどね。 接客態度も残念でしたが、それを庇う上の態度も残念でした。 政令指定都市で他県と比較して宮城県仙台市の接客態度は本当にレベルが低過ぎる。ワザとキレさしてんのかという接客が多過ぎる。

ヘルペス後神経痛のため利用しました。 トリガーブロック注射を的確に打ってもらえました。技術力は高いように思えます。 私的には主治医さんはとてもフレンドリーで明るく話しやすいなと思いました。 一部レビュワーさんが言っていますがとある若い看護師さんは対応が素っ気ない感じがします。その方以外の看護師さんは皆さん親切です。 通ってるのは高齢者ばかりな印象を受けます。 ただ、ここで唯一の麻酔科を扱うクリニックですので神経痛に悩まされてるなら通う価値あると思います。
