なんて侮ることなかれ。
①コロナ騒ぎで今でこそ自粛してるけど、どう見ても”大盤振る舞い”過ぎるサラダバー＆お惣菜セルフコーナー。
②思いのほか充実したデザート＆スイーツラインナップ。
③本来の要である地穫れ野菜の充実。
がしかし、ダメ押しで特筆したいのは
④更木産「桑の葉」を練り込んだ中華麺でこしらえた醤油ラーメン。
この麺旨いです。風味や歯ごたえも、従来の中華麺に比べて新しいアプローチしてると思います。旨味や風味があって、気持ち固め(？)
普通にあれこれアレンジしてもかなり可能性ある麺だと思います。
なので生麺で店頭に売り出して欲しい。ふつーに買いに行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食堂のご飯と味噌汁はお代わり自由。コロナの影響でサラダや惣菜のバイキングは自粛してたが今後に期待。
でも、私のオススメはレジ横にあるオニギリ。ご飯がとても旨い。
そして冷蔵庫には龍泉洞の缶コーヒーがあります。香料無しのスッキリ飲みやすいコーヒーです。

ここの駐車場にお好み焼きの販売車がやってくる。(月、水、金
) 旨いと思います。
店舗は無いらしく、ここでしか販売してないらしい。オススメです。

売店は冷蔵ショーケースがあり、プリン・ヨーグルトなども販売しています。
