兼	兼井和樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が酷かったのでまず不信感。内観希望で待ち合わせに指定された場所がKs'デンキの自動ドア前。自動ドア付近に男性がいるものの声をかけて来ず。時間になると電話をかけてきてこちらに気付くと無言で、更に片手で名刺を突き出しファイルやバインダーに入れていないペラ紙の住宅情報を渡す。内観希望のマンションに行く道中で「嫌ならやめますか」といきなり問われ「2人で来るなんて聞いてない」「待ち合わせで声をかけてこなかった」「審査はもう始まってる」と仰りました。名刺の渡し方について指摘すると「もう返してください」と仰られ、住宅情報の紙も取り上げられ、話を切りその場を後にされました。こちらの不動産にお願いする時は「初対面から顧客が審査されている」ようなので審査に通るようにどんな態度を取られても笑顔を崩さないことをお勧めします。自分はきっと彼に対して不快な行動をとってしまったので審査に落とされたのでしょう。素敵な物件でしたが別の物件を探します。ありがとうございました。 First of all, I felt distrust because the telephone response was terrible.
