★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行った心療内科です。当時18歳で、父と行きました。ざっと話を聞かれ、自傷行為（引っかき傷程度）のことも話したところ「その程度じゃリストカットとはいわない。あなたの前の患者さんなんてもっと凄いからね。切る人はもっと切ってるよ」と医者とは思えない言葉を聞いて、当時の私はショックだったのを覚えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ほどお世話になった心療内科です。1番つらい時期に、泣いたりしてまともな話にもなってない私の話を、嫌な顔ひとつせず聞いて下さいました。受付の方も、看護師さんも優しかったです。今は引っ越して、まだ自分に合った心療内科が見つからない状態なので、先生みたいな方がいて下さったら･･･と思うほどです。引っ越し先にも、新しい診断書を送って下さったり(何度かの転院のため)、大変お世話になりました。
