★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに来て子豚ラーメンの仕様が少し変わってました。麺はツルツルしすぎて二郎系には合わない感じでした。野菜まし(100円)にしましたが、他店の二郎系と比べるとボリューム不足です。スープはコクがあり美味しかったです。接客も良かったと思います。
It's been a while since I came here and the specifications of the piglet ramen have changed a little. The noodles were so slippery that they didn't fit the Jiro style. I chose vegetables (100 yen), but the volume is not enough compared to other Jiro restaurants. The soup was rich and delicious. I think the customer service was also good.

嫁の?友さんと柏崎のワンコカフェに。
カフェでお昼はイヤなので
今回もお一人様でドカメンに。
12時過ぎに到着で、日曜日なので
店内にて5人の待ち人。
今回は、黒小豚らぁめん860円の大盛りに。
?スープ表面の黒いのはマー油かな？
大振りのチャーシューも、柔らかく⭕️
新潟市にも以前あったドカメン
近くに有ったら良く通うお店でしょう。

自宅から3時間、今日は魚沼から。
注文は、小豚らぁめん760円を。
大盛り無料なので大盛りに。
麺は、太麺わしわし系
それとスープは、化調全開でしょうか？
悪くはないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こぶたラーメンダブル大盛と中華大盛を注文。こぶたはスープがぬるかったので、脂が重く感じられました。中華は他店の潤系列のほうが美味しいかなーって感じでした。接客はとても良かったです！ご馳走様でした！
I ordered a large serving of Kobuta Ramen and a large serving of Chinese food. The soup was lukewarm on the little pig, so the fat felt heavy. I felt that Chinese food is more delicious than the Jun series of other stores. The customer service was very good! It was a treat!

を頂いた。
柏崎に中古自動車の現車確認のために来て、
新潟はガソリンが安いのでセルフのスタンドに寄ったらなにやら獣匂が。(笑)
早速ググって食べたくなり入った。
玉ねぎの刻んだのが入っているのは新潟っぽい。
ちょっとラードが多過ぎかな、若い人向け。
もつ煮は味噌であっさりしてて味がラーメンとは違い、よかった。
