沼の真ん中に橋が掛かっているので1.5周回とか距離を調整できます。
春は桜のトンネルの下を走ることができます。
遊歩道の約9割は桜の下を走れるといっても過言ではないほどのコースです。
散歩、ランニングで汗をかいたあとは「ビアスパークつもつま」で汗を流しましょう。
