せ	せいさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 干したマグロがウチの犬が好きなので何度か買いに行ったが、オープン当初はスタッフは愛想がよく良かったのに、最近は毎回ここの店員は対応酷すぎる、客が話しかけてもレジにいる人は業務に夢中で無視、まるで話しかけるなと言わんばかりに笑顔も愛想もない、店が狭いのに店の通路の真ん中で犬を抱っこしながら広がって他の客と話しして、通れないので、すみません通してください、と言っても話に夢中なってスタッフは何も見えずにお客さんに声かけて通してもらった、スタッフ沢山居るのに服を買おうとしてるお客様を無視、犬を買ってくれるようなお客さん以外はお客さん扱いしないみたいです。私がレジをしてる間に他のスタッフはぼーっと立ってたり、かわいーでしょー？と楽しそうに犬抱っこしてる、ガラスの中に2人も入って犬抱っこして楽しそうにお喋り、他にレジで服を見て質問したそうな待ってるお客さんに他のスタッフに対応するように促したりもしない、スタッフ同士仲悪いのか、会社が教育出来てないのか、ここでは買いたくないがマグロの干したのはここでしか見てないから仕方なくかいます。でも神戸駅のとこのペットプラスの店員さんはとても愛想が良くて親切で良かった、同じ店舗なのにこうも違うのはの何故なのか？と思います。ペット置いてない違い？ I like dried tuna for my dog, so I went to buy it several times, but at the beginning of the opening, the staff were friendly, but recently the clerk here is too terrible, even if the customer talks to me, I go to the cash register.
