こ	こあらぱん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶対にお勧めしないショップです。利用を検討している方は、以下をご覧頂ければと思います。 -------------------------------------------------------- 通信販売を利用しましたが、・商品不備・使用するに耐えない異臭(生地の匂いではない) があり、返品の相談をしたところ「出荷前に検品し、合格しているので返品対応は出来ない」とのこと。また、臭いに関しては「個人の主観なので対応しない」とのこと。 BALUCA様にとっては上記のような理由は「お客様の個人的な理由」に該当し、確認作業や返品要望には応じないとのことでした。出荷前チェックにどれだけの自信があるのかはわかりませんが、消費者の問い合わせに対してチェックに合格していると言う理由だけで否定されます。また、上記問い合わせの電話対応では、人を小馬鹿にする様に声を出して笑っておりました。直後に「あ、笑い事ではないですね」等と煽っておられましたが...。ちなみに、個人の主観とされた異臭について、彼女や友人に確認したところ、やはり臭うとのことでした。少し離れた距離でもわかるほどです。 10年以上通販を利用してきましたが、こんなに酷い対応は初めてでした。トラブルを避けたい方は利用されない方が良いかと思います。 This shop is definitely not recommended.
