部屋探しのスピードは早いが、必要書類の案内が無かったため用意出来なかった書類を後日郵送するも連絡が無い。契約後は振込入金の確認の連絡も無い上に、鍵引渡しの来店5分前に「印鑑持ってきて下さい」のメールが来た。非常識極まりない。契約時に、入居までに確認して頂きたいとお願いした内容も入居当日まで連絡無し。
手っ取り早く部屋を見つけるだけで良ければいいのかもしれませんが、ある程度の接客レベルを求めてお部屋探ししたい方にはおすすめしません。

It may be enough to find a room quickly, but it is not recommended for those who want a certain level of customer service and want to find a room.
