いきなりのお願いだったのですが、嫌な顔もせず対応していただき、見つかった部屋も自分の予算に合うように交渉していただきかなりお値下げしていただきました。
他の三茶のミ◯ミ◯さんだと忙しいから一回して部屋を見せてくれなかったり、決めるのか決めないのか早く言わないと迷惑だなど散々な対応だったので、東京の不動産屋はあまり期待してなかったのですが、めちゃくちゃ親身に今の部屋や住んでる環境の悩みを聞いてくれて、その悩みを改善できるような部屋選びをしていただけました。
予算が決まってたので心配だったのですが予算内に合うように交渉してくれてとても助かりました！
周辺の人気なお店も教えて頂いたので今度行ってみようと思います。
自分だけでネットでずっと探すより親身に一緒に探してくれる方を見つけた方がよっぱど早いし、いいところが見つかると思います。
