♨️手間がかかる幻のそば♨️ 津軽そばを知らなかったから、少し勉強して来店した。 津軽そばはその工程が非常に手間であるため、別名「幻のそば」とも言われているそうです。 まずそば粉とお湯を混ぜ、そばがきを作り、それを一晩寝かせ、さらにそば粉と大豆を粉砕した大豆粉を混ぜたものを練り上げていく。 これをさらに一晩寝かせてから茹で上げ、さらに茹で上げた麺をまた一晩寝かせるらしい。 そば粉だけでなく大豆の香りも感じました。 味わい深い麺と、奥行きのあるダシとが口の中で渾然一体となって美味しい頂きました☺️ ⭐︎お店の雰囲気がとてもいい ⭐︎三忠の看板いい ⭐︎単純に美味しい

出張で行きました。 タクシーのおじちゃんももちろん知ってる地元の名店⁉︎ 重たくないラーメンでサラッと食べれちゃう美味しさで美味しかったです!

リピーターは居るのか? 雑誌で知り車で3時間ほどかけて訪問。 店主の説明は良いが、津軽そばがあんなにフヤフヤで美味しいと思わなかった。 有名人のサインがたくさんあり有名そうだが、また行きたいとは全く思わない。

昭和で時を止めてある食堂。弘前駅からテクテク散策しながら訪れました。つれあいと津軽そばと中華そばを一杯ずつ頼みシェア。マスターの出汁講義を聴きデザートのリンゴを食べ幸せな時間でした。

映画の舞台になったとか、そういうのはどうでもいいです。 重要なのは味とコスパ、そしてご当地感です。 実際に訪れたうえでの評価は★四つです。高級感などかけらもありませんが、安くて美味しい庶民の味方です。 名物の津軽蕎麦は箸で不用意にもちあげればぶつぶつと切れます。蕎麦として美味いかといえば微妙な感じもしますか、ホッピーとビールのごとく似て非なるものとするなら、これはこれでなかなかいけます。そのうえだしは文句なしの美味しさです。「にぎりまんま」もなかなかいけます。要はおにぎりで具は鮭一択となりますが、米と炊き方が良いゆえか、専門店のおにぎりと比べても遜色ありません。 季節限定かどうかはわかりませんが、おまけでついてくるりんごのコンポートは、形こそ崩れているもののお味のほうは申し分なしです。 店内は小汚くも不潔ではなく、この価格でこの味であれば、くたびれた内装も風情のうちと言えます。 弘前は四季折々の観光資源が豊富なゆえこの先も訪れる機会はありそうですが、その際の少なくとも一食はここでいただこうと思いました。

Hirosaki has abundant tourism resources in each season, so it seems that there will be opportunities to visit in the future, but I thought that at least one meal at that time would be here.

弘前の老舗ということで雪の降り積もる中、訪問。焼き干しを使った津軽そばの出汁の説明や通常の鰹出汁のそばつゆとの比較もしていただき、大変興味深かったです。 あっさりした味で胃に優しく何杯でも食べられそうでした。
