J	Junko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 案件を相談している段階では、丁寧な対応で連絡も実にスムーズでした。しかし、正式に依頼したあとは、まず連絡がとれない(いつ電話しても弁護士は終日外出していると言われる)、折り返しの連絡すらないことも多々。それでも仕事が進んでいるのならまだいいが、行き当たりばったりで何のプランもないようで、交渉や申請に必要な書類を揃えることすらやっていない。こちらから連絡しなければ平気で数ヵ月連絡もなく放置されて、結果何の交渉も進んでいない。一旦、弁護士事務所に慰謝料が入金された時も、その連絡すらもらえず、こちらが知って催促するまで放置されていた。ここでは書ききれませんが、あまりの怠慢ぶりに頭にくることの連続でした。 At the stage of discussing the matter, the contact was really smooth due to the polite response.
