こちらの事務所の『電話が繋がらなくなるシステム』に登録していただけたようで、今後は大丈夫だろうと思いますが。
そんな凡ミスが多い法律事務所に高額な費用を払って何かを依頼することは大変危険だと感じます。
Once every few months, I get a wrong call from here. No matter how many times you pay attention, it will come back after 2 to 3 months. I got a call today and found out that it was a trivial number typo.
It seems that you have registered for the "system that prevents you from connecting to the phone" at this office, and I think it will be okay in the future.
I feel that it is very dangerous to ask a law firm that has many mistakes to do something at a high cost.
