タコライスを頼みましたが、付いてきたサルサソースが美味しかったです。
夜行きましたが、どちらかというと朝行きたい雰囲気。

タコス、パスタ、居酒屋メニュー(唐揚げなど)、パフェなどあり、様々な用途で使えそうです。お酒もビール、ハイボールなど出していて居酒屋メニューもあるので夜仕事終わりに飲みに行くのもあり。
モーニングしか利用したことありませんがコロナが収まったら夜行きたいです。

There are tacos, pasta, izakaya menu (fried chicken, etc.), parfait, etc., and it seems that it can be used for various purposes. Alcohol, beer, highball, etc. are served, and there is also an izakaya menu, so I sometimes go out for a drink at the end of work at night.
I've only used morning, but I want to go at night when the corona is settled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salud is on the ground floor of a new 14-story residential building (Court Pacifico Fukushima). There is counter seating for solo diners, an area with regular tables for four (which could be combined for larger groups), and 7 plush chairs grouped 2, 2, 2, and 1, facing Salud's picture windows, with low tables between the plush chairs and the windows.
Sitting at the counter, I enjoyed ginger pork (生姜焼き) as part of a ¥1200+tax lunch special that included a salad and beverage. Coffee refills are ¥100 (except for the ¥700 Royal Blend). When asking for a refill after finishing lunch, I also asked if I could move to one of the window-facing plush chairs. My server was happy to indulge that request.
While better price-performance can be found on Paseo-dori and closer to Fukushima Station, Salud may be ideal for entertaining newly arrived international guests. I can also imagine Salud for a leisurely coffee, with or without dessert. Young people can have their coffee chain store experience, and I'll stay out of their way by going somewhere else, like Salud or the coffee shop in the new Ohara Hospital.
Speaking of dessert, Salud offers a complimentary chocolate banana parfait to guests on their birthday +/- one day.
The whole restaurant was clean and quiet, with two bathrooms, one marked for men or women, and one reserved for women only. I didn't look in the women-only restroom, but the mixed restroom, with a western-style toilet but no stand-up urinal, was spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair. It's a good system that might be emulated elsewhere in the world.
For those who just have to be online, Salud advertises free WiFi, and the counter space had standard Japanese 2-prong 100v outlets.
