。	。小鳥遊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 思い出したので投稿します。何年か前に一度(6年程前ですが)友人と行ったことがありますが、店主の方でしょうか...無愛想な感じでした。お店の雰囲気は好きです。確かあの時はドリンクのメニューが何があるのか分からず、伺うと「色々あります...」の一言のみ。頼んだのはチーズとサラミの盛り合わせとお酒でしたが、閉店ギリギリでもなく、その時は夜に私達2人だけだったのですが忙しくもないのに(なんなら騒いでもいなかった) なので居心地が悪く2杯目を頼んで長居せず次のお店へ向かいました。面倒くさかったのかなぁ...と少し悲しくなりました。今はどうなっているのでしょう。料理は美味しいとの事なので気にはなりますが...。 I remembered it so I will post it. 高	高橋裕里香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに伺いました。店長さん？(シェフ1人で切り盛りされてました)は確かに愛想はなかったですが、料理の腕は確かなようで、パスタも生ハムサラダも美味しかったです。感染防止対策にはあまり気を遣われていないようで、マスクをされていないのが残念でした。 I visited for lunch. Store manager? (It was cut by one chef) was certainly unfriendly, but he seemed to be good at cooking, and the pasta and ham salad were delicious. It seems that he didn't pay much attention to the infection prevention measures, and it was a pity that he was not masked.
R	Ryuji Kokubu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり本格的なイタリアンを地元土浦で味わえるとは思いませんでした。値段もかなりお手頃で、複数のセットメニューもあり、気軽に楽しめました。個人的には前菜とデザートがついたセット(+500円)が満足度が高いかなって思いました。前菜は生ハムサラダがメインでオリーブオイルとビネガーがふってあるシンプルな味わいにも関わらず、その素材の良さなのかは分かりませんが、風味の鼻通りがすごくよかったのを覚えています。パスタはカルボナーラを頼みました。パンチェッタの塩気とソースのクリーミーさが群を抜いてマッチしていました。デザートはセットで出てくるようなものでは無かったです。ガトーショコラとシフォンケーキにフルーツが盛ってありました。最高に美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。ps.カフェラテもかなり本格的でしっかりとしたフォームミルクをかき分けた先にコーヒーの苦味とコクがしっかりきました。カフェとして開業してもいいレベルだと思いました。 I didn't expect to be able to taste quite authentic Italian food in my hometown Tsuchiura. The price was quite reasonable, and there were multiple set menus, so I enjoyed it casually. Personally, I thought that the set with appetizer and dessert (+500 yen) was highly satisfying. The appetizer is mainly raw ham salad and has a simple taste with olive oil and vinegar, but I don't know if the ingredients are good, but I remember that the flavor was very good. Pasta ordered carbonara. The saltiness of the pancetta and the creaminess of the sauce matched by far. The dessert wasn't something that came out as a set. There were fruits on the gateau chocolate and chiffon cake. It was the best. It was a treat. ps. The cafe latte is also quite authentic, and the bitterness and richness of the coffee came to the forefront after squeezing out the firm foam milk. I thought it was a good level to open as a cafe.

B	Brian Landberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pasta lunch! Fresh salad, Al dente arrabiata, and mixed dessert. The chef's cuisine is simple and authentic. Very reasonable price for this quality. The restaurant is on a quiet street and the interior is cozy. I am sure I will come back.
