いいものはあるけど高い、アウトレット商品は見るべきものがない
天内にお客さんが少ない割に店員さんが目立ち、常に見られているような感じがするので正直あまり行きたくない

There are good things but it's expensive, outlet products have nothing to see
I don't really want to go so much because there are few customers in Tennai and the shop assistants stand out and I feel like I'm always seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソファーの説明を受けたあとに少し他のコーナーへ移動したところ、（それなりの年齢の男性店員でしたが）「買わないなら、帰れ！帰れ！」と陰口を言っているのが聞こえ、信じられなかった。新潟県内では老舗の家具店だが、客の扱い方がとても不快だったのでもう行く事は無い。
When I moved to a slightly different corner after receiving the explanation of the sofa (I was a male clerk of a certain age) I heard that saying "If you don't buy, go back! Go back!" It was not. It's a long-established furniture store in Niigata Prefecture, but I'm not going there anymore because the way the customer was treated was so unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウトレット(DEPOT)の方のスタッフの当たり外れが凄まじい。購入した時の年配の男性は対応が丁寧で良かったが、電話で問い合わせたときの女性の対応が酷く露骨に嫌味たらしかった。でも、家具に罪はないので星3つ。
The hits and misses of the staff at the outlet (DEPOT) are terrible. The elderly man at the time of purchase was polite and good, but the woman's response when inquiring by phone was terrible and blatantly disgusting. But the furniture is innocent, so it has 3 stars.
