★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほとんどの店員さんは接客も素晴らしいが、資材館売り場の店員で一部鬱陶しそうに対応する店員がいる
また、農業売り場にいるオバサンに何回もレジを間違えて打たれてます。いい加減勘弁してくれ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品数豊富で満足、しかし材料側のレジ精算１人は一生懸命頑張っておられましたが私も並んで待っているのに（片方開放中）なのに2人が何か仕事の話されておられてほったらかしだった。残念です。１人の方はお待たせして申し訳御座いませんと大変丁寧な対応だった。社員教育頑張って下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念なことがあったので、内容を変えました。
まず、植物売り場側の出口が17時で閉まるそうですが、買い物を終え、そこから出ようとしている客たちを背に、女性店員がカギを閉めていました。振り返って客の存在に気付き、横柄な態度で客に向かって口頭1発目に、別の出口に回ってでるように言うとか、心無い気がします。
他の店員さんについても、来店する度に思うのですが、お客さんに挨拶無く素通りが普通ですね。あまり良い気持ちされませんよ。
ペット売り場で扱う犬猫について。
個人的な主観ですが、表示されてる品種と形が異なるように見える子が数匹。色々な地域のペットショップを回っていますが、「血統は合ってるのかな？」と、見ていてこんなに違和感を感じるショップもあまり無かったです。
あと、人出が足りないのでしょうか？どの子もお世話不足気味で、排泄場所が汚くて可哀想…
狭い環境の中に入れられてるので、できるだけ清潔を心がけてあげて欲しいなと思います。
最後に、クミコミ読んでて気になったのは、
こちらのお店のオーナーさん、お店側の求める内容のコメントにだけ、お返事を返すんですね。
真の良いお店って、マイナスの意見にもしっかり耳を傾けて、必要な改善があれば、対応されるものだと思いますので、良い意見にだけ感謝を表すのは、その程度なのかなと…
品揃えが多く、遠方からでもたまに覗きに来ていたお店だったので、色々ガッカリしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある部品を自分でさんざん探したが、見つけられなくて店員さんを探すも、なかなか見つからず。やっと男性店員さんを見つけて、これと同じ物が欲しいと部品を差し出したら、" ○番 " と、素っ気なく言い捨て、立ち去る。その場所を探しても見つからなかったから、店員さんに聞いているんですが（怒）。敬語も知らないのか？ しかたなく、別の女性店員さんに聞いて、やっと目的の部品を発見。どうしても、その日の内に必要だったので購入しましたが、正月早々、買い物に行って、久々にムカつきました。あんなに腹立たしい思いでレジでお金を払ったのは初めての経験でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅から一番近く品揃えも多いし大型商品購入の時はトラックの無料貸出もしてくれるので良く利用している店舗で店内に流れている他店よりも高かったら他店価格よりも10％安く販売させて頂きますので御気軽に相談して下さいとの案内でラティスを聞きましたらダイキで置いてある商品の取り扱いが無いとの事、代用品でダイキの価格の10％引きにと相談しましたら同じメーカーの同じ商品のみとの説明！メーカー名も判らない商品も多数ある中、答えにもなってない回答にあの店内放送は一体何？と感じた１日でした。
