Y	Yukita K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ８６歳の母がアパート取り壊しの為、新しいアパートを探していました。高齢で生活保護を受けているので、名前の知れている大手の不動産屋にはことごとく断られました。空きアパートは沢山有るのに８６歳という年齢でなかなか見つけられず、地元の不動産屋さんの方がオーナーさんと繋がっていると思い、口コミの良い不動産屋さんに問い合わせ、やっと１件紹介してもらえる事になりました。問い合わせは下高井戸店にして紹介してもらい内見も下高井戸店の女性に案内してもらいました。下高井戸店はとても狭く社員の方も２人だけのようです。なので電話が留守電でなかなか繋がりにくいです。内見後、桜上水店に行き申し込みをしてオーナーさんと面接をしました。女性社員さんは生活保護の事も良く知っており良く面倒をみてくれました。その後、２週間後位に契約に桜上水店に行き、契約の担当の男性と契約をしました。契約前のメールでの問い合わせ等にも早急に対応してくれました。大手の不動産屋さんとは違って、街の不動産屋さんですが、お高くとまっていなく、街の事を良く知っていて希望の物件を探してくれる不動産屋さんだと思います。 My 86-year-old mother was looking for a new apartment because she was demolishing the apartment.
