★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時計の電池交換をお願いしました。800円くらいでした。交換後気づいたら傷がついてました。開け閉めの時にスカを食らったのだと思いますが、店員さんが自分で傷をつけて知っているのに何も言わないところに悪意を感じます。
傷をつけてしまうことは年に1回くらいあったとしても隠す事が本当に許せないです。
クレームをつけようか迷いましたが2年前くらいの事なので、やめておきます。
I asked you to replace the battery of the watch. It was about 800 yen. When I noticed it after the replacement, it was scratched. I think I ate ska when I opened and closed it, but I feel bad faith when the clerk knows that he has hurt himself but does not say anything.
It is really unforgivable to hide it even if it gets scratched about once a year.
I was wondering if I should make a complaint, but it was about two years ago, so I will stop.
