E	E H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フォトウェディングで利用しました。洋装・和装各1着ずつで着付けから帰るまで６時間弱くらいの長丁場でしたが、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。普通は自分達のスマホで撮影しちゃダメって言うところが多いと思いますが、スマホを渡せばスタイリストさんが撮影の最中に邪魔にならない位置から撮ってくださるのが地味に嬉しかったです。当初イメージしていたよりも遥かにいい写真を撮ってくださったので大大大満足です！！当日担当してくださった、カメラマンさん、スタイリストさん、スタッフさん、ありがとうございました。 I used it for a photo wedding. M	Manabu KOHARA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これは私の接客にあたった男性スタッフF氏に限った話です。簡素に言うと接客が最低で酷く気分を害しました。『これから結婚式をしよう！』としている人へのプロデュースする仕事にも関わらず、私が“他社さんと比較･検討している”という事も伝え、どういった形がいいか相談をしに来た事を伝えましたが、言い方そのものは丁寧なものの酷く違和感が残る言い方をしてきました。表情からも容易に伝わります。これではまるでF氏から… “私共の会社に結婚式を任せてもらえないのであればここでこれ以上説明する意味がない”　“どのような結婚式にしようと思ってるのか決めもしないで来たのか？” と何度も繰り返し言われた気分になりました。こちらが相談をしに来たのです。それを引き出し、私の思いに寄り添い共に考えていくのが仕事だと思います。このようなスタッフを教育しないとお客と共に結婚式を創作する場にも関わらず、私の様に酷く嫌な思いをする人が出ますし、会社としての損益も計り知れません。当然、会社全体としての評価も信頼も失墜してしまうでしょう。会社として社員教育をしていただけると幸いです。 This is a story limited to Mr. F, a male staff member who served me.
