★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Yes they do speak English. Guess I didn't have to learn how to ask for a windshield wiper in Japanese. Waipā o ni-ko kaitaidesu. I trained all morning how to say that. The sales lady brings one from the back and says "I think this will fit". She was right, it did. LOL. Great experience.
