★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五百住（よすみ）神社です。境内には一つの拝殿しかありませんが、本殿は、二つあります。東の本殿は瓦の「神紋」から「八坂神社」と見てよいでしょう。（東五百住と西五百住の神社ということですね。）
「八坂神社」と「素戔嗚尊神社」は、祭神は「須佐之男命（スサノオノミコト）」ですので、厳密には言えませんが、高槻市が「樹木保全地区」と指定したおりには「八坂神社・春日神社」としています。というわけで西側の本殿は「春日神社」ということになります。
この近辺では、山間部の原には「八坂神社」が、台地上には「素戔嗚尊神社」が、湿田の低湿地には「須賀神社」が同じ「スサノオノミコト」を祭神としています。この神社が鎮座している場所は、西五百住の「富田台地」の東端で用水路で、湿田地帯の東五百住との境にあります。
ということで、東側は「須賀神社」で、西側は「春日神社」というのが正解かと思います。
