★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AS東海が管理している物件に住んでいて、上の階からの夜中の騒音の事で電話したら「音がしているのは上だと断定できないので、何も出来ない」と言われた。
上の階に確かめることもせずに断られました。
大変気分の悪い電話対応をいつもして下さいます。
電気設備の故障で電話した際も、折り返しの電話が1週間以上無く、その後、AS東海からの電話ではなく、業者さんから直接電話がありました。
1週間以上も連絡無しで謝りもしない。
一体どういった教育をされているのでしょうか。
こちらには検討もつきません。
とにかく、なるべくここには電話したくありません。
 I live in a property managed by AS Tokai, and when I called about the noise from the upper floor in the middle of the night, I was told, "I can't conclude that the sound is on the top, so I can't do anything." ..
I was refused without even checking upstairs.
Please always answer the phone that makes you feel very uncomfortable.
When I called due to a malfunction of the electrical equipment, there was no call back for more than a week, and then I received a direct call from the vendor instead of a call from AS Tokai.
I will not apologize without contact for more than a week.
What kind of education are you doing?
I can't even consider it here.
Anyway, I don't want to call here as much as possible.
