大将が体に似合わないきさくな料理を出してくる。
お酒も森伊蔵、魔王等々あり、食欲も出てくる。
また行ってみたいと思える店のひとつ。

先付きからはじまりお刺身、焼き魚、天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、握りと続きます。
お鮨はシャリは赤酢で粒の状態は端切れもよく良好、握り具合もふんわりしていました。ネタも歯ごたえが強すぎるものが無いので、シャリと合わせられていると思います。お刺身含めてネタも美味しかったです。穴子は白煮で非常に柔らかくとろっとしていて美味しいです。非常に軽くいただけます。
わさびも擦りたてで目が細かくなめらかです。
天ぷらはネタは良かったですが揚げ具合は普通でした。
焼き魚は身がしっとりしつつ皮はパリッとしていてそこそこ良かったです。
お昼のコースは品質を考えるととてもお得だと思います。
今度は夜にお伺いしたいです。
I had a course at lunch.
It starts with sashimi, grilled fish, tempura, chawanmushi, and then sashimi.
The sushi was red vinegar and the grain condition was good and the grip was fluffy. There is nothing that is too chewy, so I think it is combined with the rice. The material including sashimi was also delicious. Conger eel is boiled in white and is very soft, thick and delicious. You can make it very light.
The wasabi is also freshly rubbed and the eyes are fine and smooth.
The tempura was good, but the fried condition was normal.
The grilled fish was moist and the skin was crispy and it was good.
I think the lunch course is very profitable considering the quality.
I would like to visit you at night this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで行かせて頂きました。穴子丼が、ふわふわでタレが絶妙な甘辛さ。最後は出汁茶漬けで頂くのですが、食べ終わる前に次はいつ来ようかな、と考えてました。
I went for lunch. The anago bowl is fluffy and the sauce is exquisitely sweet and spicy. At the end, I'd like to have it pickled in soup stock, but before I finished eating, I was wondering when I should come next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日初めて行きました。まずスタッフさんへの教育が行き届いており、接客が完璧でした。そして料理は、ネタも調理法も大将のこだわりを強く感じ、更に味も大満足でした。その価値を考えるとコスパがとても良かったと思います。是非一度行ってみて下さい。

ん〜期待しすぎました。
良かった点は、接客と少しお洒落な内装と料理の盛り付けはCM通り素敵でしたが、
味が、、たまに行くチェーン店の中でもそこそこする値段のお寿司屋さん(川崎にもある)、築地直送のお寿司屋さん、メディアで多数取材されてる地元の有名なお寿司屋さんなど
Sakuraよりも美味しいお店が浮かんでくる、、、
Sakuraで色々頼みましたが、うにがとけている、魚は脂のっていない。
焼き魚もイマイチ、、。
穴子もふっくらしていなくて期待外れ。
唯一美味しかったのは、えんがわとホタテのお寿司とふぐの唐揚げ。
夏に行ったけど冬に行ったらもっと脂がのっていて楽しめたのかなぁ、、？
でも上記3店舗は季節問わず美味しい。
本当に美味しいお寿司はお醤油やお塩をつけなくても美味しい。
Sakuraのお寿司は味をつけても美味しくなかったです。
魚の旨味を感じられなかった。
鮮魚好きな私にとってはなんだか悲しかったな。
まあ周りがあまり騒がしくなく落ち着いて食べれるから高級、、？？(他のレビューでは常連さんが一部騒がしいそうで、何か雰囲気壊されるの嫌ですね、、笑)
高級を謳うのならだったら全席禁煙にしてくれませんかね？
一緒に行った私のツレが何の断りもなく煙草を吸い出して不快でした。
今後は自ら行くことはないですが会食などで他人に連れてこられる機会があるかも知れませんね。
その時は美味しくなっていると良いです。

I asked for various things at Sakura, but the sea urchin is melty and the fish is not greasy.
Grilled fish is not good either.
Conger eel is not plump and disappointing.
The only thing that was delicious was the porch and scallop sushi and fried blowfish.
I went in the summer, but if I went in the winter, I wondered if I could enjoy it because it was more greasy.
But the above 3 stores are delicious regardless of the season.
Really delicious sushi is delicious without soy sauce or salt.
Sakura's sushi wasn't delicious even when seasoned.
I couldn't feel the taste of fish.
It was kind of sad for me, who loves fresh fish.
Well, the surroundings are not so noisy and you can eat calmly, so it's high class. ?? (In other reviews, some of the regulars seem to be noisy, so I don't like the atmosphere being destroyed, lol)
If you're singing luxury, wouldn't you quit smoking in all seats?

お寿司だけでなく一品料理もどれも美味しく手間暇かけてらっしゃるのがわかりました。
ホスピタリティもよく、カウンター席でしたが気さくな感じも居心地良く、ぜひまたいきたいと思います！
温かいものは熱々で出していただけるのが嬉しい。
お寿司も握りたてを速やかに食べる！
少しシャリが最初固いかな？と思いましたが、
小ぶりでよかったです。
ノンアルコールビールはぜひアサヒを置いてもらいたいです。せっかくの美味しいお料理でしたがオリオンでは全く味が締まらずそこが残念でした??♀️でも次は必ずお酒を楽しめる時に伺いたいです！
