普通の肉よりジビエ肉が好きな自分にはど真ん中。
肉は臭みはないけど、ジビエ特有の旨味はある。
ジビエ以外の品数は少ないけど、料理のレベルは高いと思う。
希少肉の入荷は日によるから、無い日は全然無くて残念。
料理もドリンクも値段は高めだからコスパは高いとは言えない。
しかし肉に関しては、ジビエは高いから妥当なのかなとも思う。
でも間違いなく普通に焼肉食べた方が安くあがる。
店内の貼り紙にルールみたいなのが結構書かれてるので面倒な店かな？とは思ったけど、まぁ、普通にしてれば引っ掛かるようなのはない。
もう少し安ければ、もっと行けるんだけどなとは思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手頃な値段でジビエが楽しめます。日によって提供可能な食材が異なり、私の訪問時は鹿と兎、キジがありました。鹿肉は油が牛や豚のようにくどくなく美味しく頂けました。兎は淡白で若干鶏の胸肉やササミに近い感じ？次回は是非とも熊肉にチャレンジしたいところです。ご夫婦？二人での経営らしく、注文から飲み物・食事がテーブルに並ぶまでは少し時間がかかるので、注文タイミングは考慮が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出てきたジビエはそれぞれ美味しく心配した臭みは殆ど感じませんでした。
（今回食べる事が出来たのは猪兎鹿雉猪豚）。
モノが天然物なのでその時によって有るものと無いものがある様で私が行った時にはクマは欠品でした。
値段も割と手頃で5000円以内に収まりました。
野性味が心配でジビエを食べた事が無いと言う人も安心して入れる店だと思います。
