長野ワインにまつわるお話もいただけてますます日本ワインに興味を持ちました。
次回はワイナリー巡りをしたいなぁと思いました。
2019年8月にまたお伺いしましたが、いろいろお話ししてくださった方がいらっしゃらなくて、いろいろ残念でした。

食べた料理全てお代わりしたいくらい。
牛ワサ、4種のチーズピザは今まで食べたものの中で一番美味しい。

鶏料理メインのワインバル。
お通しからもう美味い。トリッパのガーリックトマト煮込みと5種の鶏ピンチョスをいただきましたが、それぞれ美味い。特に鶏ピンチョスは最高でした。トマトソース、チーズソース、オリーブソースの三種のソースが付いていますが、その中でも黒オリーブのソースが絶品。
ワインも進みました。また来たいお店です。

It's already delicious. I had a tripa with garlic tomato stew and 5 kinds of chicken pinchos, each delicious. Especially chicken pinchos was the best. There are three kinds of sauces, tomato sauce, cheese sauce and olive sauce, but the black olive sauce is the best.
Wine has also advanced. It is a shop I want to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張の際に立ち寄りました。ホテルで佐久の復興券？3,000円分をもらったので、それを使いました。店内がすごくオシャレで、お料理はどれも美味しかったです。特にお通しとアンチョビキャベツが絶品でした。ワインにとても合います。店内に入ると店員の方が膝掛けを貸してくれて、すごく暖かったです。居心地が良すぎてずっといれるようなそんな空間でした。またこちらに来る機会があれば、絶対に寄ります！おいしすぎて、食べすぎました…
I stopped by when I was on a business trip. Saku's reconstruction ticket at the hotel? I got 3,000 yen, so I used it. The inside of the restaurant was very fashionable and all the dishes were delicious. Especially the izakaya and anchovy cabbage were excellent. It goes very well with wine. When I entered the store, the clerk lent me a kneeling and it was very warm. It was such a space that I could stay in for a long time because it was too comfortable. If I have a chance to come here again, I will definitely stop by! It was too delicious and I ate too much ...
