★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このような老健施設の情報は、あまり記載できないところが多いと思われます。ですが、このような情報をありのまま記載するのは難しいことから情報が得られない事が多く、暫定的な判断ができないと感じます。
ましてや外部の人間が評価をすることは極めて困難です。としても、施設のありのままの情報を知ることは重要であり、知りたいと思っていらっしゃる方は多数いらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。
今回、初めて家族を施設に入所させましたが、他の施設を知らない状況では、比較のしようがありません。しかし、敢えて記載するなら、懇切な対応を取られているようにも感じます。ただ、少々薬剤に頼る姿勢は少し疑問が残ります。
重要なのは、本人の意思であり、それを客観的に判断してこそ入所者の意思に合致し、良い施設という位置づけになることではないでしょうか。
現段階では、甲乙つけ難いですが、慎重な対応をされているのはよく伝わってきます。ただ懸念材料は、入所者の年齢を「もう80歳ですよ・・」というのと、「まだ80歳ですよ・・・」というのでは、どちらが家族の意思にも親身になって下さっているかということですね。

However, the concern is that if the resident's age is "I'm already 80 years old ..." or "I'm still 80 years old ...", which one is more friendly to the will of the family? It is that.
