人間ですし、マンパワーの限界や個々人の熱意の違いも理解はできます。できますが、それを踏まえた上でも上の人間の対応が最悪でした。
お役所仕事と言いますか、施設で担当する人々を機械的に処理しているだけなのだろうなあという印象を受けました。
優良スタッフさんももちろんいます、ですが結局トップダウンで狭いその環境では殺されてしまうだけでした。お世話になった方々には感謝しますが、施設利用という観点で見れば、残念で仕方がありませんでした。

I am human, I can understand the limits of manpower and the difference between the enthusiasm of individuals. Yes, but on top of that the human response above was the worst.
It was an impression that I would say that it is a public office work, or it would only be mechanical processing of people in charge at the facility.
Of course there are excellent staff, but in the end it was only killed in the narrow top-down environment. I am grateful to those who took care of me, but from the point of view of the facility use, I was disappointed and there was no way.
