o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は行田市にある永福町系ラーメンのお店へ。一度振られていて再チャレンジで訪問しました。お店の名前は煮干しらーめんどんぐり。お店の横に専用駐車場があるので止めて入店。店内はカウンターとテーブル席で18席くらいかなー。入り口でしっかりとアルコール消毒してコロナ対策はしっかりです。壁に貼られたメニューを見て今回はチャーシューめんを注文。普通で２玉あるところが永福町系やね。しばらくたって提供されたのがこちら。おー、さすが2玉でボリュームはたっぷりです。赤身のチャーシューが4枚、ゆで卵半分、メンマ、三角形の海苔、ネギ。このビジュアル大好きです。まずはスープを一口。しっかりと煮干しの効いたスープは美味い♪ ややあっさり目かなって印象やけどごくごくと飲みたくなります。このスープはずっと飲んでられますな。ややちぢれの中細麺は柔らかい目のゆで加減。でもこの系統のラーメンはこれでいいんですよね。ずるずるっと一気にすすっていただきます。チャーシューは赤身でややぱさっとしてたかな。欲を言えばもう少ししっとりとしているという事ないっす。しっかりとスープに浸していただきました。美味しいラーメンをいただくことができました。なかなか不便な場所だけど次々とお客さんが来て人気のお店でした。 On this day, I went to an Eifukucho ramen shop in Gyoda City.
