My favorite Swiss-made self-winding wristwatch has gone bad. I was refused to take this to any store, but Mr. Kawase took over and did an overhaul. It is wonderful that craftsmanship is alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5～6年前になりますが時計のベルトの調子が悪く、何軒か持って行けど無理と断られたベルトが嘘のように甦りました。腕の良さは抜群です。価格も安心価格でした。
Five to six years ago, the belt on my watch wasn't working well, and I took some of them, but the belt that was refused was revived like a lie. The goodness of the arm is outstanding. The price was also safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛用していた腕時計が電池を変えても数分遅れるようになってしまったのですが、浜松には正規販売店がなく、東京に移動する機会も少ないのでクチコミで高評価だったこちらに修理依頼を出しました。
結果としては修理できて返ってきたので良いのですが、預けた時に「どのような修理内容になるか職人に見せてからでないと分からないので、わかり次第電話連絡します」と言われたのにその連絡が無かったこと、価格が相場の倍以上だったことが残念でした。
納期は2週間くらいで、支払いには各種クレジットカードやPayPayなども使える様でした。
Even if I changed the battery, my favorite watch was delayed for a few minutes, but since there is no regular store in Hamamatsu and there are few opportunities to move to Tokyo, it was highly evaluated by word of mouth. I made a request.
As a result, I was able to repair it and returned it, so it's okay, but when I deposited it, I was told, "I have to show the craftsman what kind of repair it will be, so I will call you as soon as I understand it." It was a pity that I didn't get in touch with him and that the price was more than double the market price.
The delivery time was about 2 weeks, and it seemed that various credit cards and PayPay could be used for payment.
