ただ何度行っても受付の態度がとても悪い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予防接種を受ける為に検査をしたが、先生は待合室まで自ら患者さんを呼びに来るようなとても感じの良い先生だった。こちらの質問にも時間をとってきちんと答えてくれて、信頼できる良い先生だと感じた。ただ、受付の女性1人の態度が良くない。あまりの融通の利かなさと電話での口調のキツさに腹が立った。病院の都合でいつワクチンが打てるかが分からなくなったと連絡があり、仕方なく他の病院で打つことになったのに対応はとても不親切だった。検査をした病院でないと助成がされずに費用も高くなる。別の病院で何時間も待ったあげく、また急な坂道の上の病院まで診療時間内に検査結果を持っていかなればならなかった。その病院の受付の方の勧めもあり、電話をして困っているのでどうにかならないだろうかと相談をすると、うちも混んでるから間に合うかは分からない、診察しないと渡せない、検査をした病院でないと助成されないけどいいんですか？というような態度だった。間に合うかどうか分からないが、とにかく取りに行きもう一度話をすると、ここで打たないならワクチンが業者から届くと困るから、発注をキャンセルしなきゃならないという話をしてきて非常に不愉快になった。そもそもいつ届くか分からないからこうなってるんですよね？と、こちらも不快感を露わにしたら急に手のひらを返したように接し始め、結局そこで先生に確認をしに行ったのか、すぐに結果を渡してきた。どんなに先生や他の人が良くても彼女のようなスタッフがいる病院ならもう二度と世話にはならない。

This is because I don't know when it will arrive in the first place, right? When he became uncomfortable, he suddenly began to treat him as if he had returned his palm, and after all he went to check with the teacher, and immediately handed over the result. No matter how good the teachers and others are, a hospital with staff like her will never be taken care of.
