今日の午後二時頃、店内はそれなりに混んでいてレジも並んでいたが二台あるレジのうち、稼働しているのは一台だけ。
空いているレジの前では店員が知り合いらしき人物と延々、雑談を続けている。
レジが混んでいようが、その店員は雑談に夢中で完全に業務放棄、これで時給が発生しているのだろうから給料泥棒の典型的な例。
また、一人でレジをこなしている店員さんはよく頑張っていた。
同じ従業員同士なのに雑談をしているその人物に注意をする事ができないのは、店舗内での人間関係等、色々とあるのだろうが、これで殆ど変わらない時給であるのなら真面目に働いている人にはたまったものではないだろう。
給料泥棒の店員に少しでも制裁を加えたくて、このクチコミをします。
