す	す“スーすー”し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17:00少し過ぎに来店したのに、オーダーを取りに来たのが17:30。その後、すぐに子供のメニューと単品は来ましたが、自分以外の家族のオーダーが来たのは18:40頃。結局、私のオーダーは来ず。また、うちだけでなく同時に他のお客さんも、全く注文品が来ない事に不満でキャンセルして帰りました。満席でしたが、予約のお客様含め５組程帰られたと思います。見るからに、伝票と席No.注文が管理されておらず、自分の注文品は後から入ったお客さんに渡っていたようです。それを店員に伝えましたが、全く認めようとしませんでした。他にも不満点が多々ありましたが、組織体制、社員教育がなっているのか疑問。このお店は金谷店もあり、利用した事があります。味が美味しいのも知っているだけに、このサービスレベルは残念でなりません。阪本店には子供が遊べる遊具があり、環境は抜群ですが、レストランは今後この件が改善されるまで利用はしないと思います。他にも同じようなクチコミがあるので、是非改善をお願いしたいと思います。 I came to the store a little after 17:00, but I came to pick up my order at 17:30. It was full, but I think we returned about 5 groups including the reserved customers. As you can see, the slips and seat number orders are not managed, and it seems that my order was passed on to customers who entered later. I told the clerk about it, but didn't admit it at all. There were many other dissatisfaction points, but I wondered if the organizational structure and employee education were in place. This store also has a Kanaya store, and I have used it. This service level is disappointing, as I know the taste is delicious. The Sakamoto store has playsets for children to play in, and the environment is excellent, but I don't think the restaurant will be used until this issue is improved. There are other similar reviews, so I would like to ask for improvement.
